Marti recently traveled to Nepal, and here are a few pictures from her adventure! The Sankhu-Palabari Community School mentioned in two of the pictures below was started in 1999 by Advocates for Human Rights, which is based in Minneapolis. It provides free education to more than 400 students who otherwise would not receive an education. On this trip, Marti helped teach English conversation classes to the students, which she said was a real delight!
