I haven’t had a chance to purchase this book but I am interested most certainly as I am failing to get pregnant and to see myself as a parent because of the subconscious is a heart breaking challenge for me a lot of my days.. learning strategies over the triggers, reactions that are in my present – I am not even tapping into the negative of the past as I forgive and understand but jeeeeeeeepers I wish it would just leave me alone.. I am learning Coping Strategies and slow process but progress re-programming the brain, cellular memory etc.. I am new but tell the rest of my body mechanism that.

From your message, it sounds like you must be getting some therapy or counseling. That is so important when you’ve experienced abuse and trauma. I would encourage you to read Dave’s book, but also to make sure you have a very good therapist who understands the recovery process. I wish you well on your very difficult journey.
